The benefits of joining Ministry 21
Times have changed; magazines have changed. Now we must connect with a community. We want to connect with you; we want you to grow; we want to give you services you can get nowhere else, such as:
There will be monthly conference calls with "fathers" such as pastor Jack Hayford, Francis Frangipane, Mark Chironna, Larry Stockstill or Dr. R.T. Kendall. For at least an hour you'll dialogue and will have a way to ask questions. It's "mentoring by phone" and available only to members, although we'll also make it a podcast for those who miss it "live."
You can attend any of four networking seminars around the country. They will tie in to my small CEO group that has been meeting for 10 years. It will be an intimate setting with lots of interaction, like the peer-level leadership meetings I've attended for years. Plus, there will be opportunities for relaxation, recreation and building one-on-one relationships. I urge every member to attend at least one.
The morning sessions will be a high-level seminar with a top speaker connected with the CEO group. The afternoon session will be a roundtable discussion of the issues you bring to the table. Evenings will be a time of entertainment and relationship-building. The only charge will be "cost sharing," based on the expenses of the event. Put these dates on your calendar:

- Other conference calls to help you grow and develop
Most weeks there will be other conference calls or webinars that will tie in to articles about practical issues you face—on things as varied as music ministry, youth ministry, church growth, church finances, counseling, problem-solving, vision-casting, and more. We'll also connect pastors of churches with more than 2,000 members. And you'll receive coaching at various levels in your ministry. You may be mentored at one level and be a mentor to others who can learn from your experience!
